According to the Myers-Briggs personality types, I am an INTJ. I originally took the test
during my bachelors degree program between 2001-2003, but every test I have taken over the years comes back INTJ.
INTJs are one of the rarest of the sixteen personality types, and account
for approximately 1-2% of the population.
From the fine folks at myersbriggs.org:
"INTJ:
Have original minds and great drive for implementing their ideas and achieving
their goals. Quickly see patterns in external events and develop long-range
explanatory perspectives. When committed, organize a job and carry it through.
Skeptical and independent, have high standards of competence and performance -
for themselves and others."
I found a few articles that kind of put it together with a nice neat bow.
Truity offers a visual chart
which can give you a fast overview.
The Youtopiaproject offers the fastest test I
have ever taken, it is free. In fact, when you go to the link, the very first thing is a pop up that
asks you to take the test. The link is safe, but you can just say "later," and it will go away - until
you go to another page on the site, where it will pop up again. On this site, INTJ is called a "Spider."
INTJ Personality Type. This page
is long... and now you can get in my head... it's crowded in there!
I am currently studying law via distance education with Northwestern California University School of
Law.
I have owned my own company since 1992, and I will always own the company. I am evolving it into something
which can be done part time for the rest of my life.
My primary focus is in Education, Training, and Experience (ETE), and specifically in Asynchronous Open
and Distance Learning (AODL).
I developed a program, which I call the Professional Development Weekend, which can be implemented
in any of a number of ways, it was designed by me with flexibility in mind and has been successfully
used by others across the country to get skill training to people in a very efficient manner.
My goals relate specifically to education, and Asynchronous Open and Distance Learning to bring people up
to speed quickly, efficiently and effectively in the performance of their duties.
As my education may reflect, my skills are in research, development, and implementation of education and
training programs.
I can work alone or with a small team of subject matter experts to accomplish the mission at hand.

Issac Asimov created a fictional character named Hari Seldon. This character created a theory known as Psychohistory.
That theory is closest to what I hold an interest in.
